Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Open Settings, scroll to your plan, and choose "Cancel subscription" — it takes one confirmation, no email or phone call. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I connect my broker instead of importing a CSV?

Yes — Tradovate is connected and live today. Elite syncs every account you connect straight into your journal automatically. Pro connects one account to verify your leaderboard stats. Sync picks up trades from the day you connect onward, so use CSV import once for anything older.

Is there a free plan?

Yes — the Starter plan is free forever with up to 25 trades per month. No credit card required to sign up.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your trade data is yours. After cancellation your account moves to the free Starter tier and your existing trades stay accessible — nothing is deleted.
